Pricing Information
Digitizing Designs
- Standard delivery (3 to 5 working days):
$8 US/$12 CD per 1000 stitches
- 2nd day delivery (48 hour turnaround): $10
US/$14 CD per 1000 stitches
- Next day delivery (24 hour turnaround): $12
US/$16 CD per 1000 stitches
- Minimum charge based on 2000 stitches or $15 US/$20
CD, whichever is greater
- Comes with design file, sewn sample and running sheet
- Prices for large or complex designs exceeding 20,000 stitches are available
by quotation only

Editing
- If a design digitized by us requires editing, we will provide one simple
redo up to 15 minutes at no charge. However, if the artwork has changed
from the original design submitted to us, a rate of $25 US/$40 CD per hour
applies with a minimum of 30 minutes
- Editing of designs not digitized by us are subject to the above hourly
rate
- Copy of design / conversion of design format: $5
US/$7.50 CD
- Lettering: Full chest $
10 US / $ 15 CD per design Left chest
- $ 5US /$ 7.50 CD per design

Delivery
- We will send your file directly to your email address to ensure prompt
delivery. There is an additional charge to deliver via postal or courier
service.

Artwork
- We accept artwork via email (recommended), postal or courier service (at
the customer's own expense) in all major computer formats including .ai,
.cdr, .psd, .bmp, .wmf, .jpg, .tif, .gif
- If computer files are not available, we can also accept camera-ready art.
Because clear artwork is crucial to the quality of the digitized design,
we prefer scanned images over faxed images.
- Please send files to this email address: info@sewtopnotch.com
and insert "artwork" in the "subject" line of your email.
- We recommend that each piece of artwork is sent in a separate email message
and with a minimum 200 resolution.

Quote/Order form
- The more information we have, the better the finished product will be.
Our designs are customized for the item and fabric to be embroidered. Please
complete our Quote/Order form to the best of your
knowledge.
- We do sew-outs on designs to ensure minimal trims and jumps, less thread
breaks, and an overall more efficient running program.

Machine Formats
- We support all popular machine formats.

Policies
- It is the customer's responsibility to verify all designs prior to production.
We will not accept any claims of damaged garments due to embroidery.
- All digitized designs will not be delivered until payment in full has
been received and cleared through the banking system.
